Each piece is handcrafted to order. Most products ship in 3–5 working days. We deliver pan India via trusted couriers — use the pincode check above to see your exact date.

We pack everything with extra care, but if something arrives damaged, send us photos within 24 hours. We'll replace or refund — no questions asked.
Since every piece is personalized, we don't accept returns for change of mind. But damaged or wrong items are always replaced free.
